Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow up to 20 days to process your order. Expect an email within 20 days to let you know your order is on the way. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 20 days. The shipping is included in the price of the magazine/subscription. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time, but you can purchase a digital copy or subscription.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thehistoriansmagazine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
